Oxygen Free 8mm to 40 mm rods and hollow tube are cast from red berry scrap or cathodes (Electrolytic Copper, Brasses 63:37) insuring high conductivity for use in wire, cable and refrigeration industries. The heated crucible is charged with the feedstock. Molten metal passes through the die mounted at the lower end of the super coolers. Moving withdrawal unit mounted on the platform is precisely controlled by sequence controller, hydro motor/servo motor and DC motor drive. Controlled coiler up to 3 metric ton for 8 mm to 19mm copper rods are offered. More than 84 VIVA CASTERS have been commissioned in INDIA, BANGLADESH, THAILAND & EAST AFRICA.
